Eleganza’s Return & Refund Policy
Eleganza industries has a strict no refund policy. This is because we believe our products meet the highest of quality and should satisfy all our customers.
- The no refund policy extends to products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
The only exceptions to this policy include cases where after an order has been placed, there are changes to the price of a good before it has been delivered. In such cases, if the customer is unwilling to pay the balance to complete the new total for the payment. A full refund of the amount paid will be issued to the customer.
The refund will come in the form of a cheque for the exact amount.
- If some of the goods had previously been delivered, delivery costs cannot be refunded to the customer.
Returns
In the unlikely event that a customer receives any product that is defective as a result of manufacturing errors, Eleganza Industrial City Limited will (provided the product is eligible for exchange) be more than willing to assist the customer through the exchange process and offer an exchange. Once we receive the damaged item Eleganza industries will then proceed to make arrangements concerning the replacement of products. Please note we are unable to provide a refund of any products or of the initial delivery costs.
In the case of an exchange, Eleganza industries is not able to collect/deliver exchanged items and instead will try to where possible group items with another order in the same destination. This process may be one that takes time and we advise our customers to be patient. Otherwise, it is advised that the customer schedules a day to drop off and collect new items. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
- Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment therefore we recommend customers return items themselves and take care not to damage items more.
Please not that we are unable to issue an exchange without actual receipt of the item(s) that shows date of delivery.
Eleganza industrial city allows customers within Lagos 1 month from purchase date to request an exchange and 3 months for customers outside Lagos.
Eleganza industrial city reserves the right to deny an exchange if:
- the request for an exchange is received past the time frame mentioned above (1 month within Lagos and 3 months outside Lagos)
- there is no receipt or valid proof of payment
- products are undamaged
- products are noticeably used
- the damage caused to the items are as a result of wear and tear/no manufacturing faults
Thus, it is advisable that before scheduling a return, customers send a picture of damaged product(s) to eleganzaindustrialcity@yahoo.comwith the subject “Damaged goods” and explicitly state that an exchange is required with the email. This will ensure that no customer is provided any misinformation regarding the eligibility of their product(s) for exchange.
We aim to accept all exchanges. However, if an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, or in a condition that does not match the image sent, we may have to send it back to you. Please note in such a case, the customer in question may be charged for delivery costs or items may remain in the factory for collection.
All goods will be inspected on return to ensure eligibility for exchange.
That being said, Eleganza prides itself on its reputation for quality and will work with you to ensure satisfaction with your purchase.
